Was sceptical at first but now we love it. We bought this washer to replace our old Roper washer which lasted about 17 years but it was time to retire the old dog. We were a little hesitant at first because it does not have an agitator. I will tell you this washer is top notch. This thing is so quite the first time my wife ran it I thought there was something wrong with it. It is so quiet I thought it wasn't starting. Very nice size tub. Works well for a family of 4.
