Good looking, lots of space & Whirlpool confidence After researching everything out there, it became obvious that Brand confidence was the most important factor for making a choice. While most refridgerators have similar features and do their job, I realized I needed to feel confident that it was a quality product and that the company that made it would stand behind it. With regard to the actual Refridgerator, I am happy with this mode. Easy simple controls, consistent temp, and it looks great. While I have zero complaints, I feel I can't give it a full 5 rating until I have had it for awhile. That last star is reserved for longevity. Not reason to think it will not be the case however. It's a very good refrigerator. We bought this recently from a local reputable dealer. It's identical in many ways to the fridge it replaced which broke beyond repair. It's too bad newer things are not more fixable. It serves the purpose well. I had to steal the divider for the big bottom drawer from my old fridge. The new one had the brackets and it fit perfectly but it came without one. The old one had a better display which showed the temperature in each cabinet, this one just has a number for a setting, 1 through 10. Just like the old until, this one over fills the ice bucket and and spills a few cubes out when the bottom freezer is opened. I hoped they would have figured that out in ten years. The biggest problem is that presumably for air flow, there is a wider gap between the shelves in the fridge and the back wall of the cabinet big enough for small jars to fall through. I fabricated a sheet metal" fence " that keeps things on the shelves without restricting airflow. All and all a good quiet machine. Thanks for asking.
