Quiet and fast I love so many of the features on this machine. It’s great. With one exception. My problem with the washer is that sometimes water is left in drum at the of a cycle. No rhyme or reason as to why, requiring a 14 spin and drain cycle. Oftentimes when this happens, I have to unplug the machine to get the door to unlock and access the controls. It fits where we need it. Our last Whirlpool stackable washer's bearings were shot, and it was too old to repair it. We thought we had a few more weeks before it quit, so we were taken by surprise. We needed a washer fast, (our daughter and her family are staying with us for awhile). We had been researching, but hadn't found a washer to fit our space, which is a few inches short for most full size washers. This fit, and is still full size. It is stackable, and I like the feature of adding 12 loads full of detergent, which is dispensed as needed. It's a good idea and it works well. It spins clothes dry enough so that the dryer doesn't have to work at removing lots of wet. The cycles take a bit longer than the last Whirlpool set we had, and I think that is for energy saving reasons. This machine does not use a lot of energy.
