Performs well, but flimsy upper rack, utensil rack too small Not nearly as sturdy as past models in the upper rack. You have to baby it a little. And there are latches to set the upper rack to a choice of two levels; when you have it in the upper position, it is very easy to catch (and release) a latch while placing a glass, causing the whole affair to fall at one corner. If it is fairly full, that can be catastrophic. Nice idea but not well-executed. Controls are nice, easy to use. And it's deadly quiet!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
