Great product. Once it worked. First off let me say it was an open box savingis a ton. But, when it was installed it didn't work, only yhr bottom oven worked. Viking came out and fixed it but the repair person said it is common that the door sensors go bad after they are removed. Does take a long time to pre heat but the heat for some reason seems way better than previous ovens veggies toast consistently as well as everything else

This thing is amazing. I don’t use the toaster oven or the microwave anymore. Preheats in 45 seconds. Makes me look like a great cook. I’m hooked on viking
