Very Happy With Purchase This was our first built in purchase. We liked the solid construction and reputation of the BSH family brand. Having owned a Bosch dishwasher and Thermador stove for 15+ trouble-free years, we stayed with manufacturer. We had a problem with the ice maker. Bosch came out and replaced the entire unit and it works flawlessly. It is quiet, interior lighting makes things easier to find. Temperature sensors hold temperature operation true to the indicators. Actual temperature is not indicated. Only front legs will level so consider if your floors are very uneven. Limited adjustments on compartments on doors especially the compartment for the butter. For some it may be too high. Bottom line is Five Stars.

Buying my 2nd one I have owned multiple built in units. Jenn-air, Viking, Thermador. I'm in market for another and Thermador get's my business. Plan to purchase ice or have an additional ice maker for parties. Everything else is fantastic! Appearance nice, good food freshness, no problems with unit, simple usability and fairly priced within competitors.

Gorgeous Inside AND Out I don't know what that other guy was talking about. The design is perfect. You can see EVERYTHING and it holds so much. All of the storage is on the insides of the door and the fact that it is not very deep, but very tall, allows you to easily reach everything. I love it so much, along with my Thermador range and dishwasher. I love the extra deep freezer and ice maker being in the fridge so I don't have to see it on the door. I have a family of 5 and this is a high-use fridge.
