Plus/Minus Irritating that I have a machine decide if I am smart enough to open the lid w/o a LONG delay to unlock. I am also smart enough to decide on a water level. My last Speed Queen allowed me to set a more varied water level and allowed me to open the lid at will - - and it would stop agitating when I did so. The agitation for heavily soiled or heavy fabrics is insufficient. Again, my last Speed Queen had a better agitation on “regular” cycle. In my opinion, all the “improvements” in the new model were steps BACKWARD. Loved the old model.

Not happy This machine is probably a solid machine, that being said its not very user friendly and doesn't seem to clean for an expensive machine, overall I'm not very happy with it, and would not purchase it again
