2nd times a charm My first unit came and I installed it with no issue. Pretty straight forward. Specs were write on and I had already checked the manual out prior to purchasing to ensure the unit would fit correctly. Went to use it the next day, and the entire unit started smoking and we could tell it was a electrical meltdown. Hit the breaker waited a few minutes and pulled it. No issue with eclectic feeding unit and no visible signs on the casing. Contacted AJ Madison and they worked to get me a new unit and pick up the old in about a week. Second unit works good. Size and power is spot on. Only thing is since it’s a drawer there is no turn table. Not the end of the world just an oversight on my part. Haven’t had any uneven heating that we can tell. Overall nice product. But I wish I could go back and redesign my kitchen and leave this out. It’s really overpriced for a microwave. I would expect it to be a convection unit as well for $1,300 price point.
