Overall, the machine does what I bought it to do. The machine washes well and operates quietly. I like the cycle options, but I wish it had had a "spin only" cycle as well. I also like the window to add a forgotten piece of clothing and didn't realize how useful it would've been. I do not see the usefulness, given the limited capability of the smart features, so I did not purchase the (over-priced) adapters @ $35.00. The tray for adding detergent is somewhat cramped, making it a little difficult to add bleach. The option to swing the doors left or right makes it convenient when the matching dryer is placed next to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
