Love it Love this fridge, I've been using it for a month and I love it. The inside left door has some hard to fill shelves because of the water maker but otherwise everything else works great

Love this fridge! Great fridge! Nice and spacious with great layout and flexibility with the shelves and 'storage areas' in the doors. Especially like the CoolSelect pantry though you have to open both doors to pull it out. I was originally concerned about the 'open' nature of the freezer, coming from a side-by-side model with lots of shelves...but, I LOVE it. The freezer is also very spacious and things are surprisingly easy to get to. Only negative I see at this point is that the only access to ice is through the door dispenser...no access to the ice repository...but that's not a big deal.

Spacious fridge This fridge is spacious and great for our family of 4. The shelves adjust and one even flips up for extra space if needed. The extra drawer on the bottom of the fridge is nice for all the snacks for our young child, fruit cups, apple sauces, etc. We haven't used it at any other temp yet except for extra storage for her to be able to access. The freezer is spacious as well, and the top shelf is really nice to be able to have items easily accessible or to be able to plan dinners appropriately and see what's in there. The only complaint I have is the ice maker. The chute that it comes out is big, and no matter where we put the cup, ice still manages to shoot out and make a mess. There's not a tray either for water drippage, so we purchased a sponge to sit there for that purpose. All in all its a fabulous fridge.

Nice to look at but not sure if it will be a lemon Nice to look at and spacious. But it’s brand new and already having issues. Regret not buying the insurance. It makes a fizzing sound like condensation is dropping on something hot. The filter light is on and it’s has a brand new filter. We have only had it since November 2020. Also No drip catch area so if the kids over fill their cups it streams down the front bottom door.

Fantastic refrigerator, disappointing ice maker Never thought I would purchase a Samsung refrigerator based on friends very disappointing ice maker problems...like not making ice! Add that to the many bad reviews and class action lawsuits and I was looking at other brands. However, there are several great refrigerator features we liked like sliding half shelves and flip up shelves for tall items, great freezer design. Now to ice maker...this is the new Ice Max which after the thousands of complains about past problems I felt they would have finally fixed all the past problems. My research said the old Samsung’s were to produce 1# of ice per day, the Whirlpool this replaces did 3# per day and this model can do 10# per day so I was excited. However, the capacity of the ice maker bin is so small after filling 6 glasses at same time it is out of capacity!! Really? What a disappointment after all their past problems and I am embarrassed for the low level engineers they must have put in place for this poor design. Our work around is that we bought a tray that fits in the freezer and then fill a pitcher with ice and dump in to tray to have enough ice for our guests. It seems Whirlpool has raised their prices during this Covid crisis to take advantage of some companies shortages or that would have been the brand we chose. Great design fridge and freezer with subpar ice maker to sum things up
