Best Frig Ever! We searched reviews online for several months. And also price comparison shopped. Saw the refrigerator in Best Buy in October but the price wasn't quite right for us. Then saw the HD sale price in their Veterans Day sale and called Amber Cosey at BB. She checked and BB had it for $1 more. So, they price matched and knocked off anothet $1! And the overall savings was Awesome!! Free Delivery and no finance charges for 18 months! Amber is an asset to your Sales Team. The refrigerator has ample room and the lighting in great. The additional direct access drawer is a great addition for quick reach of items used often or leftovers. The noise level is very low. Overall, a great addition to our newly updated kitchen. Yes, we are definitely enjoying our new frig.. thanks Best Buy! (This is our 3rd appliance purchase in 2 years from BB...Samsung TV, Washer & Dryer. Yes, BB in Baton Rouge is our "go to" place!

Love the separate drawer! I toyed with buying this fridge for almost a year. Obviously it’s very pretty. I was going from a 19 year old side-by-side, with non- working ice and water, so I really wanted to make a good decision and I really did a lot of searching. This fridge is great, the humidity drawers are great and they actually work. I no longer need to keep my fruit in those special containers which was a pain. I like the bottom freezer, although it’s smaller than I previously had but I have an upright freezer in my basement so it’s not an issue. I LOVE the separate drawer. We use it for a variety of beverages and it is so nice and organized. The adults, kids and grandkids all love it. It has different controls depending on what you want to use the drawer for, but ours stays set on the cold beverage setting. That drawer by far is my favorite feature. Did I mention that I LOVE it?

Middle drawer rocks! Great style and features for the value. I pulled out a lot of crisper drawers testing fridges to find something I could live with and these move smoothly. The middle drawer is perfect for 12 oz cans, we love the quick access to grab a soda/water. The top tray in the freezer fits boxed meals upright so you can read the labels. The shelf in the fridge door around the ice maker is pretty useless since it is so slim (it might fit a kids juice pouch, but nothing bigger), but fridge overall has good space. I use the flip up shelf for 2 liters and large juice jugs, they don't fit elsewhere. So far (it's been a couple weeks), I'm very happy. I read reviews that the fridge makes an annoying noise when it's cooling, and it does make noise, but it's not loud. I'm picky about many things, but was very relieved to find this fridge met my high expectations.

This refrigerator checks all the boxes! At first I wasn't sure if this refrigerator would hold all of our condiments and super size bottles of sauces. I was concerned there was unusable aka wasted space on the one door side with the ice maker. But as I adjusted the shelves and became used to the new layout, I love the design. The deli drawer is out favorite for quick snacks: cheese sticks, yogurt, fixings for sandwiches and quesadillas. The freezer drawer was also questionable as I didn't want to search through food to find what I was looking for, but with some logical separation, that is not a problem. The upper shelve works great for ice cream cartons, frozen bags of fruit, breakfast sausages, juices. It's bigger than it looks. The reviews about the ice maker not making enough ice hasn't been an issue at all. I like to fill a large drink bottle(32 oz) with ice tea a few times a day and it produces just fine. It crushes ice well, although I did need to get used to getting the bottle under the spout correctly. The dispenser does allow us to fit this large bottle directly under it, which our previous dispenser did not. Yes, fingerprints show up, but in a way it just shows you how often we should be cleaning the refrigerator. We bought a wine bottle holder that just slides onto a shelf, as our old refrigerator had one, and we liked it so much. That would make it perfect. It is quiet and keeps our foods chilled and is easy to adjust temperatures or do a quick chill if needed.

Nice fridge, but wouldn't pay full price. I bought this refrigerator to replace an 11-year old Kenmore Elite counter depth. I intended to purchase an entirely different brand, but when I saw this model sitting on the Best Buy showroom floor at $1316, I couldn't pass it up. Just a small dent at the top of the right door allowed it to be deeply discounted and I cover that area with family pics anyway (taped, since this fridge front isn't magnetic). The flex door is a nice feature and is useful to switch from fridge to freezer depending on needs. The French door setup took some getting used to as I transitioned from a side-by-side, but I find that there is a lot more interior space. Quantity of ice is lacking, but I just bag some up in a large ziploc for backup and we do fine in our family of 3. I would definitely not pay full price for this fridge. The front of the doors seem hollow when you press on them when cleaning and it just doesn't seem to be an upscale fridge in overall quality, but I can't complain for the price I paid. Satisfied with my purchase.
