I wanted everyone to know how pleased I am with my new refrigerator. The chic look is wonderful. I have never owed a Samsung appliance very happy with the experience as well as the refrigerator! Great fridge We've had it about a month an half. Love that it isn't so deep that food gets lost in the back corners. And we enjoy the automatically filled and filtered water pitcher for dinner.

Good fridge, bad ice maker we have this fridge for a little over two years, we like the appearance and features of this fridge. however, the ice maker definitely has design flaw. the space for ice to drop is way too narrow. it started to jam over a year ago; and it does not have a defrost function. i had to use warm water to melt the ice. when it started, i had to do that once a month. now frosting becomes so severe and the ice maker can only work a few days after each defrosting. i am not sure if a new ice maker will solve this problem.
