Very pleased customer This review covers two items, the Samsung range and Best Buy. We have had the dual-fuel Samsung range for less than a month, so I cannot attest to its reliability or even to all its many features. But so far, we are very much pleased with it -- its utility and flexibility, its build quality, its handsomeness in our kitchen. I have baked several beautiful sourdough breads in the main oven and some small things in the upper oven. The big cooktop burners are powerful, and the small ones allow for gentle simmering. All in all, a very hopeful start. And Best Buy has been great. When our old range failed in October we bought a dual-fuel GE range from Best Buy in November. When, within twenty-four hours, that range started experiencing problems, the Best Buy rep I reached on the phone (after spending several very frustrating hours on the phone with GE service) said essentially, “You’re having problems on the second day you’ve owned it? Of course you should send it back, I would.” And they came and took it, no questions, full and prompt refund. The sales associate we dealt with at the store was knowledgeable, patient with my many calls, supportive, and never a bit pushy. When we need to replace other appliances I will definitely go back to Best Buy.

Looks great; controls are easy to use We installed in a short time. Was well packaged so is in perfect condition. Everything is operating well and so far, using the control panel has been easy to understand and fast. Very pleased.

Look no more Excellent stove. I was looking for a gas stove and after so much searching and reviews reading, picked this one. The combination of gas/electric, dual oven elements, good looks and the price were great motivators. I love it! How did I cook before using an electric stove? Burning food and pots:)
