Quiet...but that's about it The top rack is useless and by installing it, they have taken away the height of the bottom rack clearance, so larger pots and pans no longer fit. Not sure how they claim you can get weeks worth of dishes in it....obviously not if you actually cooked the food at home and used a sauce or frying pan.
