Excellent washing capacity with clean result. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine roughly 18 months ago, its the best front loader that I have purchased. Previous front loader had a mold issue. The jumbo load feature is perfect. I research loaders, this model was my first choice, after looking at other brands and models, it was my final choice. It was well worth it.

Very quiet motor & enormous room [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this toy 3 months ago and love it very much. Motor is so quiet and very strong as doing it’s job for whole household. Our downstair neighbor is happier than us because our old washer was very noisy and vibrating wildly. Drum hub is large enough for every thing such as linens, beddings and rugs. Spinning speed is fantastic and sucks all the waters out of everything. Thanks to LG for such a wonderful washing machine.

Too bad, it was licking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this product for almost 4years. It started to lick small amount of water since last year every time We use it. Due to Covid-19, We waited until we were vaccinated to call for the service. Luckily we purchased the 5 years warranty, otherwise we don’t know how much we have to pay. Hope this high end product won’t give us any trouble from now on or we might not afford the cost to fix it .

Highly Recommend [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this washer. The capacity is enormous, it can handle large loads of laundry which is a time saver. It is easy to use and has done a phenomenal job cleaning even the dirtiest kids clothes. I also purchased the smaller base washer (I think it's called a kick washer) and that has been equally impressive. I can wash all of our masks on a gentle cycle, they come out clean and they aren't destroyed. All of my hand wash items have done quite well in this mini kick dryer also. I would buy both again without hesitation.
