The Best Washer I have Owned! We have had a lot of difficulty with washing machines so we spent a lot of time researching washers. This was the one that kept coming up for us. I am so happy with our choice. It does clean well and if you use the Turbo Wash feature, it cuts the washing time. I am happy with all of the features. It does take longer if you want to sanitize with a steam cycle, but the clothes are so clean! I have not had a washer that cleaned this well before. It is really helpful to read the manual thoroughly so you can fully take advantage of all the features. I like my washer so well, that I do not delay doing my wash and I look forward to it...Kind of weird to think about liking to do laundry...

Gets clothes SO clean! I am very impressed with this washing machine! What used to be a very full load in my old front load lg washer is what I would consider a comfortable (normal) load in this one. I love that I have so many setting options. From bedding to delicates, this washer gets it clean. I was concerned that the tub would be too deep for me to comfortably reach the bottom (I am 5’4”) but it’s not bad at all. I do have to go on my tip toes to get socks off of the bottom, but larger items are easy to reach. I am very glad that I made this purchase

Love washing clothes...now. Addicted to the new steam function - it cleans well. Pros: I fit a feather bed topper in it for washing, something that I was unable to do in other top load washers. The Bright Whites cycle is great and cleans much better than my old washer. Can save one set of cycle settings as a custom program by holding the program button for 3 seconds. Cons: Will tangle items with ties such as aprons. If you can remove the tie first, both parts can be washed without issue. Not a fan of the bedding function as is, but was able to increase the wash temp, the spin, the soil level, and added turbo steam - much happier with those settings. Like any new machine, it takes getting familiar with using. Have successfully used for feather bed topper, dog beds, jeans, t-shirts, sweaters, bedding, towels, etc. Very happy with the results.

Outstanding! My wife and I were replacing a washer and dryer from 15 years of service and after some browsing at the big box stores and Best Buy we decided to go for these at Best Buy ( we have owned them for 3 months now). The first thing we noticed was how big the drum is! What would take 3 loads of towels now only take 1! We used probably about 50% less detergent (be sure to use liquid HE soap) and our clothes are cleaner than they have ever been!! Keep in mind there is no agitator and it works better!!! It's also very quiet (not silent) but we can leave the laundry room door open and forget it's running! There are a ton of cycles although we use "normal", "bedding" mostly and also "towels" as noted before. One thing to consider is the companion app for ISO is not compatible yet...I asked LG about that and they said they are working on it...We'll see. Not sure what the app would tell me but I like data so water usage ect would be nice to know. Also it uses a lot less water... the water barely covers the clothes which freaked us out a bit. It has a water plus mode which adds more water but we let it do its thing without that feature on and as I said before the clothes have never been cleaner! Overall we are super happy with the washer and the matching dryer. I just hope it holds up with all the tech inside it. It should also be noted that Consumer Reports gave it a great review! We did not know that at the time of the purchase and saw it later on LG's website. I Highly recommend!

great washer This is a nice clothes washer. It has a high capacity. We can wash two sets of king size sheets at the same time without a problem. In general, the load sensing is fine. Although sometimes it looks like the water level is not high enough, it may add water at different points of the cycle. This drum and agitation style is different and probably does not need overfill of water. However, you can add additional water if you desire. It is generally quiet, but probably not as quiet as one might expect. Overall, this is a good washer and I would buy it again.
