Great Features, OK Reliability [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator since March 2020, and one week after it's one year anniversary, we had to put in a service call. It ended up taking 3 service calls for the repairman to properly troubleshoot and repair our refrigerator. Overall, very happy with our choice and are hopeful there won't be any additional issues.

Spacious, Attractive and Efficient [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the easy access using the door in door to store frequently used items, to the interior lighting of the refrigerator, shining light into produce , this refrigerator makes it easy to efficiently store and organize. I was never a fan of water and ice dispensers on the door, but this not only has great settings, it is easy to keep clean.

Why? Predicted Reliability, Size & Features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is more than enough to accommodate a family of 7. The door-in-door feature is more useful than I had envisioned. And the bonus icemaker bin is perfect for entertaining. The wi-fi and app are great for stats and diagnostics. You can also control the temperature, Ice Plus, Seasonal Energy Saver, etc.

Better Cooling [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces another LG 30 cf unit what we'd had for five years with a total of three cooling failures. But we liked the older unit otherwise and purchased the new unit based on the new linear compressor system and Consumer Reports testing. The temperature control to this point has been spot on! We're adjusting to the new space layout with different size drawers and more limited shelving height possibilities. Other than that, all is well.

Loads of space [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge almost a year ago and we’re loving it. There’s so much space. The second ice maker has come in much handier than I thought. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because you can’t use the water dispenser while the other door is open. So if you’re loading groceries someone else can’t be filling up their water. Also, the ice maker can be loud at times.
