Excellent Product We have had this beautiful refrigerator for about a month now and love it. The size is enormous and the middle drawer is versatile so you can use it as a refrigerator or a freezer as you need to use it. My wife is a little unhappy with the water dispenser because she is not used to it yet. Her large water bottles fit at an angle and she wishes she could pull something out and away from the fridge to fill them up. Beware of shorter people. The top shelves are deep and my wife is only 5'1" so she can't reach the back to the top shelves. But, that leaves more room for me to put stuff. Haha! Overall it is a nice refrigerator and it takes time to get used to the glass door where you access things without opening the main cabin of the fridge. I think it is grand machine and thank you Best Buy and LG for this product. Delivery was excellent, sales was excellent and machine is excellent.

Custom Chill Drawer is Best Feature Custom chill drawer is the best feature. Meat keeps extremely well. No more spoiled meat so the refrigerator is saving hundreds of dollars per year by not spoiling the meat. This refrigerator uses space efficiently--much better than the similar Samsung model. The middle shelf in freezer is almost useless because it has only a few inches of clearance. Can only put two frozen pizza boxes there.

Great Unit This is a terrific fridge. Lots of room and great access options. There was a plastic taste to the water at first, but we discovered the built in filter had not been fully seated, and once the filter was fully installed the water was perfect. This is a big unit. Make sure you got a door big enough to get it in the house. Even our large glass slider was barely wide enough.

The Tesla’s of refrigerator This is the biggest and most modern unit on the market. Be sure to measure I had mine dropped off into my garage since I had to take doors off to get it into the house. A patio door would work better to get it in since standard door size is to skinny. Lots of room for all cup sizes for door ice and water. Be sure to flush water per instructions to get rid of the new refrigerator water taste along with both filters. The app does NOT work for iPhones only galaxy etc. I can fit fresh food and left overs in. The two knocks on the door is amazing to peek inside.

Door-in-door great for quick beverage access Bought this LG to replace a failing Samsung refrigerator with common defect, which is only a few years old, and which Samsung isn't rectifying. The LG door-in-door is great for quick access to beverages and other frequently used items. More than I expected, I like the knock-to-turn-on-light feature without opening the doors. The top external drawer doesn't provide a hard-freeze choice.
