Not great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's still works well enough after owning it for a couple years, but... the touch control panel very often becomes unresponsive and the only way to fix it is to flip the circuit breaker for 60 seconds. I need to pre-scrub all the dishes otherwise some dishes come out unclean even after running the heavy clean cycle for 3+ hrs. It has many tines that can flip down to allow loading odd shaped items, which is nice in theory, but they've all become loose now and fall down under just the weight of dishes. We bought it as part of an LG package deal and the LG refrigerator, range, and microwave have all been great, but I wish I considered something else for the dishwasher.
