Great Purchase Its been awhile since we have had to purchase a washing machine. This machine runs quiet. It has a great starting function which makes it easy to select what type of wash you are doing. There is a light inside making it easy to see your items. I really like the sensory option as the machine feels the load of the laundry to be completed and then sets the appropriate timing needed. Overall a great product. I just wish they had the drawer available for purchase when i bought the washing machine so I don't have to bend over to pull items out. It can be ordered, just not available in the store at the time.

Good washer - especially the turbo wash setting This washing machine can get clothes clean quickly if you want, and the spin cycle really gets the water out of the clothes. They are practically dry when the cycle is done. One drawback is that the drum is tilted downward, so the clothes are all stuck in the back of the machine, making it a little harder to get them out if you don't have a pedestal to raise it up. No WiFi connection. It does something with Android phones, but not iPhones like we have. Oh, well. I guess you can't have everything.

Very pleased with washer and Best Buy I researched, ordered and had delivered with just accomplishing on the app. Everything worked fine and delivery was made on date/time selected. The washer is great. It detects the size of load and adjusts the time of cycle accordingly. I am using far less detergent and clothes are coming out clean, fresh and after very short cycles. I am pleased. Plus this washer depth is about 4 inches less than other similar washers which is great if you have a small space. Plus this unit can be stacked. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Great design and thoughtful engineering We had to replace our dryer on short notice and didn't have many options locally. We wanted to keep our washer and dryer as a set, so we bought this LG washer and the matching dryer. Although we weren't unhappy with our previous washer, this one is an improvement over our old model in unexpected ways. For example, clothes are rarely wrinkled so they don't start out wrinkled in the dryer, which then keeps them crisp until folded or hung up. There's more control over the wash cycle, and we especially like the ability to rinse multiple times. Overall, our money was well spent.

Clothes comes out very clean! I like the machine, clothes come out very clean compared to my old Samsung top loader washer. The only thing I don’t like about this machine is that it is very noisy and goes off balance with large loads. Also something that I noticed last time I did my laundry was that on the normal cycle the machine completely stopped during the spin cycle and never finish the job. I had to pause it and then push the play button in order to the machine continue doing its job. I guess this has something to do with a sensor ... and last but not least , I don’t like the fact that you have to actually drain the washer every two weeks otherwise the machine will leak water onto the floor, this is something the sales man did not explain to me!
