I like it! It is easier to clean than a standard stove. The black surface is gorgeous but tends to streak on cleaning. It is slick so pushing pots around is something that should be done cautiously. You cannot use cast iron on it so I had to give up some frying pans.

So far so good I bought this 6 months ago to replace the original GE cooktop that came with the house when it was built - 54 years ago! I'm still getting used to the jump forward in technology, but I'd say this one is working as advertised. Dare I hope it will last as long?
