Looks great but has flaws For such an expensive refrigerator I expected that we wouldn't have an issue with the water dispenser. It has a high pitched noise when the water dispenses. The repair man said that it's a known issue. Also the refrigerator isn't that deep. We purchased the Monogram appliance suite and I'm thrilled with the other items but not so much with the refrigerator.

New fridge So far, so good. Haven’t had it long enough to accurately assess it. Sometimes the crushed ice dispenser is reluctant to work properly.
