Glad we purchased Our microwave was old, we have all white appliances & like the clean look. This model did not seem to open easily in the store models, however, the one we purchased opens very easily. I assume the ones in store are abused & kids hang on the door handles, bending them so they are very hard to open. I have used the hot beverage button, Baked potato buttons, this microwave heats quickly, I had to adjust some times to less because it works so much better than our old GE. Glad we decided to buy this microwave.
