Cleans well but... I’ve owned this washer for almost a year. Before this washer I had a whirlpool duet for 16 years. This washer is quiet and cleans well. I enjoy the sanitize option and tub clean option. I also likes some of the other options, like bulky items and towels/sheets option. I miss not having a soak option. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to the spin cycle. I never had a problem with Duet. I always have issues with towels, sheets, and especially my bath rugs. It takes forever to spin them. It’s constantly rebalancing. With just 2 small rugs it has a problem ..I’ll even add a couple more small rugs to the load and still a problem. I readjust and eventually it spins out but it’s really annoying.

Quiet and efficient So far the machine is quiet and very efficient. No issues although the noise that it makes when it is done is not loud enough, even though it is in the highest setting. Also the pedestal that we bought separately is not tall enough to hold a bottle of detergent which is very annoying
