Nice freezer We purchased this to replace a 20 year old Norge freezer that wasn't frost free. You can hardly hear this unit run and it is frost free, no more having to defrost. Actually has shelves on the door for storage instead of just a metal bar. The crew that deliver and set it up were outstanding.

Great freezer Arrived as stated, on time! Delivery team was professional and polite. They placed my freezer exactly where I requested. Freezer is very large. A lot of shelves, plenty of storage. The best buy associate even ordered the interior baskets free of charge for us because Lowes had the same freezer, with baskets for the same price, but Best Buy was offering 18 months same as cash and we wanted to go with them! Win/win! Very pleased!

Mostly loving our Frigidaire Freezer We've had this freezer for about 3 weeks; it replaces another brand freezer we'd had for 37 years. I love that you KNOW when the door is securely closed. Downside: it's next to impossible to open for a while after you close it; the suction is that intense. (It's always a bit of a challenge.) Tall spaces between some of the shelves are great if you need to freeze tall items. Would be nice if it came with another shelf or hanging bins for when you don't have tall items.

excellent unit, door can be difficult to open This is - generally - a well designed unit (see comment about reversing the door). Other users have noted that the door, for a short time after it is opened and re-closed, is difficult to open. That is true, but once we became accustomed to it, it has not been an issue. That quirk means, however, that there is value in planning ahead a bit, so as to remove all the items you want at a single time, rather than repetitively going in and out. Since that is also more energy efficient, it's not a bad adjustment! An additional feature of the door is that it cannot be reversed to open in the opposite direction. The reason for that odd design feature, which may pose a significant issue for some locations, is not apparent.

Big and cold I love my new freezer.......unlike some other reviews I find it VERY quiet. It is difficult to open immediately after closing but I appreciate the fantastic seal. We returned home from vacation to find that power had been off for 48 hours but our food was still frozen and small items were still ice cold. I love the fact that it has interior light and spacious shelves. Very happy with my purchase.
