Great machine all around [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 2 weeks ago after getting ripped off by somebody else that I bought a washing machine from. I was trying to go the cheap route and bought a used one from someone. They said it worked great. But when I got it home it would not wash clothes at all. I tried for 3 days to get one load washed. Then I was told by the people I bought it from that “oh you have to run it on rinse and spin only” so they sold me something that they knew didn’t work but told me it worked great. So anyways this time I decided I was going to buy something new. Well I seen this washer and I fell in love with it. Got it home and I still love it. It is so easy to use. Very good features and washes clothes pretty fast and very good. I’m glad I decided to go with this washing machine. It’s the best one I’ve ever owned and I’m kinda glad the other one didn’t work out. Definitely want to get the matching dryer to go with it eventually! I’m 100% pleased with this product
