Induction Is Better Than Gas I'm an induction cooktop convert from my previous house. My new house had a Dacor 36" Classic Gas cooktop (propane). Comparing the two, I found the Induction to boil water faster, have just as quick a response to lowering temp, and much easier cleanup. I installed this myself, and only needed a granite company to widen the current cutout slightly. Otherwise, easy overall to setup. My only wish would be to have a slide scale similar to the Whirlpool brand for setting the individual cooktop burners. Think of it like changing the volume on your tablet by sliding up or down instead of push up or push down. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with this product and highly recommend.
