Design issue While I love the design and the features of the microwave, my issue is the design. We have had to place service call due to the shut down of the microwave after I was cooking with a boiling pot on the front eye of the stove. Even with the fan on there was constant condensation on the front of the microwave and I kept wiping it off but the microwave completely quit working during that time. We placed a service order and left it unplugged and kept trying daily and in about 3 days it started working again. We kept the service appt and tech confirmed it was working correctly at that point and the design and pull of the vent is just what it is. At this point it’s been about 4 weeks since the incident and all working correctly but I am also having to try to not boil on the front eyes just in case. Which is a pain.

Works like a regular microwave. I wish the microwave had minute settings instead of 15 minute increments. Also could not get the nightlight set on a timer since day one. Also the reheat function makes food too hot. It does not seem to sense when food is done.
