So functional Having 2 drawers makes it much easier to handle small and big loads. This dishwasher is very quiet.

I wanted, now have, need help on how to use This is my 3rd dish drawer and I have liked the other two (First 2 Fisher-Paykel brand, this one GE Cafe' but definitely - per my appliance guy - identical to the Fisher-Paykel brand. I need help as to what to expect from this one. Ran first time with Express cycle; when finished the dishes were dripping wet. I thought there was "fan assisted drying" but evidently not in this particular cycle. Could GE/Haier please give me an idea of what is supposed to happen during each cycle? Is there a heat element? ( I think not). How does one get the dishes to dry? Also, please redesign the front of the Cafe dishdrawer to the old "Pocket handle" with exterior controls - this bar handle is an eyesore and overwhelming for the small unit. Controls are difficult to use. Also need a light to tell when the cycle is finished. I know you are trying to make them more economically but please have mercy on those of us out here who actually use them. As to the unit itself, seems well made, very quiet, a bit cumbersome to load unless one just has plates, glasses/cups, utensils. Adding a mixing bowl (bottom shelf) blocks water to upper dishes so no washing them with dishes, etc. Guess need to use the lower drawer for bulky items. Also please expand the instructions to give more detail. One has to learn how to use it by watching YouTube or by experience and as I said, this redesigned unit operates completely different than the ones of 4 years ago. Last thing - very stingy not to include a sample of detergent/rinse aid in the unit. First time ever in all my years of buying dishwashers that there was nothing "free' inside.

Great features, sleekly designed dishwasher I really like the looks of this dishwasher. All my other appliances are white and this one fits in beautifully with them. I especially like the 2 drawer design because with my bad back, this one is very easy to load. It is also very easy to operate and I like the fact that the controls are not on the outside of the drawers. It runs so quietly, I had to check it to see if I had actually started it properly. It's perfect for an older person living alone because of the two drawer design and the capacity of the drawers is really good. I also really like the flatware holder. It has a large capacity and has a design that prevents nesting of the pieces. Overall I am pleased with this dishwasher. It's a little pricey, but worth it for my needs.

Squeaky clean???? Loving this double drawer dishwasher. Perfect for me and my husband. Very quiet and easy to use. Dishes and glassware come out super squeaky clean. Very happy with this Cafe appliance.
