Bosch gas stovetop I cinverted my stovetop to gas snd just sbsolutely love my bosch gas stovetop. I love the racks and their height. I slide my pots scross the stove with no worries of ruining the top. The burner area is very easy to clean. And I have enjoyed having a 5th burner!!!! Great Performance! I got this cook top installed just before Christmas and couldn't be happier. It looks great and out performs my expectations. The flame is easy to control at low temperatures, and it also cooks much hotter than my previous gas cook top. I purposefully got a cook top with the large burners closest to the front as it is easier for me to use and move large heavy skillets and pots. As a bonus, I like the continuous grate which I did not have before. I can easily move the pots and pans without lifting and straining my arms and hands. I do some canning and I think the continuous grate will be a great bonus. The only issue with the larger burners toward the front is that they are farther away from the drafting system in the back of my island. However, that has not been an issue for me, even when frying catfish! And, best of all, it is so easy to clean! I am not the most attentive cook and have had my share of boil overs. The 3 separate stainless steel cook areas make clean up a breeze. Thank You Bosch for a great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Features! I love this stovetop. Wanted gas for a long time. The only thing I don't like is that the lowest level of heat is still hot and makes things boiling. I wish I could change that. Otherwise we love it.
