Thanks to innovative Bosch technology, which has a separate evaporator for the refrigerator and freezer compartments, this isn’t a problem. Dual evaporators not only prevent the transfer of flavors, they also optimize humidity for improved freshness.

LED LightingLED lights bring a completely new lighting concept to fridges, guaranteeing even, glare-free interior illumination. LED lights use less electricity than conventional fridge lights and last an (appliance) lifetime.

SuperCoolingIf the SuperCooling function is activated, food that's just been purchased is cooled more quickly. At the same time, it stops food already in the fridge from warming up. The temperature is lowered by pushing a button to 35°F at the lowest. To prevent unnecessary power consumption, the function automatically switches back after about 6 hours.

Spacious I have found this to be perfect for our vacation home. Great icemaker. Plenty of room in the freezer draws for our part time use. Very quiet. Clean Lines w/functionality We are pleased with the look and functionality of this refridgerator. We opted to go without in door ice and water as we have those available elsewhere. Almost perfect The appliance is fantastic. Has all the right features but cleaning up after a spill is a nightmare. Not to mention the lack of instructions, in the manual, on removing the full length shelf. The drawer removal and replacement is extremely difficult especially the right and left end tracks. If it is possible, and is should be, to remove the glass on the full length shelf securing the 2 drawers is nothing short of impossible. In the event something were to spill the liquid seeps between the frame and support and there is no instructions on how to remove the glass to clean. Again if it is even doable. Had I been aware of the difficulty in cleaning and lack of instructions prior to purchasing the Bosch 800 series, I would have had second thoughts in purchasing it. I was totally sold on the two freezer compartments and the overall appearance, and features, inside and out but failed to question a major feature "cleaning ease" prior to making the purchase. Hopefully there is a solution and including it in the manual would save alot of unnecessary frustration. As mentioned, other than the difficult/impossible cleaning capabilities I would have given it a 5 star. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
