Nice cooktop, low alarm, oven ticking noise,.. Bought about 6 weeks ago. Looks great and LOVE the cook-top, have used a lot and so far no scratches and it cleans up great with just a wet paper towel and a little dish soap. My tip to no scratches is to make sure you don't use old cookware on the new cook-top. Invest is some new cookware. Love the dual elements. Oven heats fast/cooks evenly. There are 3 small reasons for 4 star rating. #1. The timer alarm is not loud at all, just a chime that goes off a couple times and then stops. I actually was in the back of the house one time and totally did not hear it at all, and I only have a 1200 sq ft house, so if you have a bigger house or you are maybe upstairs, you will not hear the alarm (I set a Google Home alarm instead, that I hear). #2. Although the oven heats up fast and seems to cook evenly, it makes some type of strange ticking noise the whole time, like there is a heating coil in there making the noise as it heats up or cools off. Maybe it will go away with time and usage, not sure... and #3. The bottom storage drawer is just feels really cheap, like it will not last long. Size of drawer is OK, but in order to open it you really have to put your fingers on a raw edge of the metal and pull out., it's hard to describe ... Anyway, hoping the ticking does away with time, working on covering the metal edge of the drawer with something, and using Google Home alarm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
