Awesome fridge - flex zone rocks! Man, this fridge is pretty awesome. Love how you can turn the ice maker on/off with the push of the button (rather than bend the bar up) set the main fridge to a digital temperature (rather than analog knob) and the flex zone simply rocks. Flex zone allows 4 pre-set temperature settings (something like 42 for drinks, 30 for meat, 23 for soft freeze and probably 0 for hard freeze.) We use it as a refrigerator compartment for things we don't use often but I'm finding moving meat down there and keeping it set at 30 degrees keeps the meat longer. Love it!

Excellent Samsung Product and Service I am very happy with my new Samsung fridge. At 22.5 cubic-feet, it has enough space for all my groceries. An added bonus are the deep side bins, and adjustable shelves which offer flexibility for storing larger items, like casserole dishes and stock pots. The cool-white LED lighting is very bright and easier on the eyes than traditional light-bulbs. Ice-maker works great (crushed and cubed) and water filter lasts ~90-days depending upon usage. Lastly, the fridge itself is very quiet and the dual climate air-filters helps to mitigate odors.

Nice Fridge (But it's not stainless) We've had this refrigerator for about 6 months now. My biggest gripe is magnets don't stick to the door. As it turns out this fridge has a stainless steel "look" but it's not stainless, or even steel for that matter, so magnets don't hold on. The lighting inside is great. The 4 storage doors are great. We use the bottom right compartment as a full-time freezer. I was concerned about the loud ice maker but it's not very loud and it hasn't been an issue for us. The noise one hears is the occasional piece of ice dropping from the maker into the basket inside the door.

Great Fridge, Horrible Ice Maker We've had this fridge for about 4 months, and it has a lot of 'pros' for me: I love how it looks, and it doesn't show fingerprints too badly. I love how the handles are recessed which also reduces fingerprints. The shelving is great, and the drawers open far and well. One of the best features is that the lower right compartment can be used as either a freezer space or as a refrigerator space - we don't freeze much, so the extra fridge space is great. The water and ice dispenser are well positioned and don't splash or splatter, and It is pretty quiet. Now about the ice maker... it is horrible. Just horrible. It has a small capacity and is slow to make ice. The 'grinder' is super weak and really doesn't work for crushed ice. The worst part is that it has frozen up twice since we bought it. I had to thaw/chip the frozen chunks that blocked the water flow and then wait about 30 hours before there was ice in the bin again. So overall I love it, but we will probably be buying a countertop ice maker to compensate for the seriously crappy one in this Samsung.

Very nice refrigerator First, this refrigerator is almost like a work of art it looks so good. I know that sounds a little crazy for a refrigerator but it really looks very nice. So far it's working very well. One of the cool things about it is the flex zone, which is the bottom right hand compartment can be a freezer or refrigerator. We don't freeze a lot of things and it's nice to get extra refrigerator space as this is a counter depth model. The shelves are very nice and are easily adjusted. When you get a cabinet depth french door refrigerator, the ice maker is in the refrigerator section and it's space is limited so it doesn't hold a lot of ice. I knew that going in so it's no problem for me, but if you have a large family, the ice maker may have trouble keeping up. My last refrigerator was a Samsung and I had a lot of issues with it, so I can't comment on the reliability of this one yet, but I'm very happy with it so far. If you want a cabinet depth French door refrigerator, this is definitely one to consider.
