Love my french door fridge! I have thoroughly enjoyed the purchase of this Samsung French Door Refrigerator. Set-up was a breeze. The ice-maker is a wonderful addition and I no longer have to worry about water spilling from ice cube trays. The alarm is a great feature and has already come in handy several times due to our 8 and 4-year old leaving the refrigerator door open. The inside is wide and well lit, the dual crisper bins allow for moisture control depending on the vegetables or fruit you use. The movable fresh box/deli tray can be moved from one side to another. It is amazing to be able to slide it over and make more space depending on your needs. I would like for the shelves to allow for more height as wine bottles or a 2-liter soda will quickly take up the space on the door shelves.

Sleek, stylish, and well designed. I have been using this refrigerator for about six weeks now and I am so happy that I was selected for this campaign. I finally feel like I have a modern kitchen (I have ordered the remaining Samsung appliances to finish off my kitchen). I love how there are no external controls or features which helps to keep a very clean look. When I first received it I was slightly worried that it was smaller than my previous unit, 18 cu ft vs 21 cu ft, however, I found that due to the design, French door bottom freezer versus side-by-side I actually have way more room. I was slightly disappointed that it did not have a water dispenser or location for a water filter (for the ice) I am really happy with it. I installed an inline filter and have a water filet pitcher inside the fridge. I really appreciated the Fast Cool feature when I was transitioning from me old unit to the new. It helped bring the temperature down quickly and, surprisingly, without any added noise. This is another big win from Samsung.

Good Fridge but... Not great for a family. Or left overs. Or a full fridge! The shelves on the doors literally make NO sense. You can hardly fit anything that would normally go in the doors. The freezer drawer doesn't shut all the way half the time so I have to push it to be sure everytime I walk by it. I wouldn't suggest this fridge if you have any kids or more than 2 people in the home. Hardly spacious at all. Over all though it works, keeps things cold.

Great refrigerator I bought this product about a month ago. The delivery men brought unit in house, when we bought unit we thought doors would have to be removed to get in house but unit easily made it in without moving doors. Delivery men then installed handles. Unit can be loud when compressor is on, but easy to get used to. Refrigerator is spacious along with freezer. You have to be cautious not to put too heavy items in freezer or drawer will not shut properly. I love how it has censors if doors or drawer are not shut properly, great feature with kids. Unit tends to attract finger prints, but easy to clean. Inside also easy to clean. Overall great refrigerator.

Samsung 18 cu. ft. Refrigerator The Samsung 18 cu. ft. Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator has a clean modern appearance that looks great and gives any kitchen an upgrade. The french style makes it easy to see items stored in the refrigerator portion and bulk items stored in the freezer are accessible. The inside LED lights are bright and ensure that nothing is hidden in the dark and the door alarm is great for instances where the door may not have been completely closed if the doors aren't closed in the correct order. The adjustable shelves lend some additional space but taller items such as milk jugs and 2-liters can only fit in the door. The only issue is that carbonated drinks go flat rather quickly when stored in the door. The humidity adjustments on the storage bins work well to keep produce fresh and the sliding bin allows for additional storage for package items such as cheeses and deli meats. The freezer storage area doesn't offer much in the way for organization however smaller items do fit nicely in the upper bin. The ice maker makes eight cubes per hour which is a fair amount when supply is less than demand per hour. The only issue is that ice cubes tend to find their way behind the freezer door even without a fast motion to open or close the freezer door. It would be nice to have an water dispenser but that comes at a cost in terms of space in the refrigerator in an already compact blueprint. The compressor often times runs loud but fortunately it's not consistent. The stainless steel front does look nice but as this is fingerprint resistant, it's not fingerprint proof and are visible. The only thing that I'd change would be that this surface would be magnetic. When the refrigerator is installed between a vertical pantry and a counter, there is very little space for anything magnetic. For a family of five ample storage is a bit of a challenge but If you're looking for a compact counter-depth french style refrigerator/freezer, this is the one for you.
