Best dishwasher I’ve had! I love this dishwasher! I have very hard water so the water softener has made a world of difference in look of my dishes and glassware...no film and very shiny! It dries all the dishes, even plastic! It is very quiet and I like the display of time remaining. I like how the silverware basket can fit in different areas. I do have a couple of criticisms though 1) the top rack is hard to fit things in. The specifications said both racks had tines that folded down, but my top rack does NOT have any tines that fold down. 2) Anywhere that sells this dishwasher should also sell the salt for the water softener. I have found it on the internet and it arrives quickly. I would never buy a dishwasher that was not a Bosch!

Crystal clean dishes and easy to load Unitl now I have struggled with dishwashers my entire life! They were either difficult to load, had complicated silverware baskets that were difficult to unload and load, spotted glasses, and multiple repair issues. The worst problem was the occasional burnt plastic smells emanating from the washer. ALL these issues are gone with my new Bosch. I love the easy to remove and insert silverware basket, the lack of a heating coil that burns plastics and emits deadly odors, and the always spotless, dry and clean glasses and dishes that result from even the shortest setting..yes, my Bosch is EVERYTHING it was advertised to be, and in this case, it was also one if the few dishwashers that fit the odd-sized space in my kitchen! I am just sorry I did not buy a Bosch 20 years ago!! Cleaning up after my large family dinners is now a guaranteed success and easier to do than ever since dirty dishes can truly be put in dirty and come out clean! I have never recommended a dishwasher before, but I can now!! Great job Bosch! Thanks for making my life easier!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
